盆式橡膠支座基礎(chǔ)隔震結(jié)構(gòu)地震模擬振動(dòng)臺(tái)試驗(yàn)研究

汪洋1,曹加良2,3,施衛(wèi)星2(1 上海電力學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院, 上海 200090; 2 同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院, 上海 200092;3 上海路博橡膠減振器技術(shù)有限公司, 上海 200001)[摘要]主要用于公路工程和鐵路工程的盆式橡膠支座具有高承載力、水平滑動(dòng)能力、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)能力、抗拉能力等優(yōu)點(diǎn),具備在基礎(chǔ)隔震建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中使用的技術(shù)屬性。現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)僅規(guī)定了這類支座力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)的靜力方法,但采用靜力方法難以得到這類支座的動(dòng)力性能及地震響應(yīng)特征。采用地震模擬振動(dòng)臺(tái)對(duì)盆式橡膠支座的動(dòng)力性能及產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)等進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明:盆式橡膠支座在強(qiáng)震作用下能夠有效延長(zhǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)自振周期,滯回環(huán)較飽滿,具有較好的隔震和減震性能;在超烈度強(qiáng)震作用下,盆式橡膠支座的中間鋼襯板磨損較為嚴(yán)重,橡膠密封圈存在被擠出的危險(xiǎn)性,在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)予以注意。[關(guān)鍵詞]盆式橡膠支座; 隔震結(jié)構(gòu); 隔震支座; 地震模擬振動(dòng)臺(tái)試驗(yàn); 滯回耗能; 滑移隔震中圖分類號(hào):TU3521,TU317+1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002848X(2013)07000905Shaking table test study of baseisolated structure with pot bearingsWang Yang1, Cao Jialiang2, 3, Shi Weixing2(1 School of Economics and Management of Shanghai University of Electric Power, Shanghai 200090, China;2 College of Civil Engineering of Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China;3 Shanghai RB Rubber Isolator Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200001, China)Abstract:Pot bearings are mainly used in highway engineering and railway engineering, but pot bearing has all technology attributes of being applied in baseisolated buildings for its advantages of high bearing capacity, horizontal sliding capacity, rotation capacity, tensile capacity and so on. Current standards only stipulate the static test methods for mechanical properties of pot bearing. Dynamic behaviors of pot bearing under strong ground motions are still not mastered by engineers. Dynamic property and product design rules of pot bearings were studied by shaking table test of pot bearings.
