新抗震規(guī)范中抗震性能設計參考方法探討

[摘要]以20層剪力墻結(jié)構為例,采用《建筑抗震設計規(guī)范》(GB 50011—2010)推薦的“建筑抗震性能設計”參考方法,按不同的性能要求分別對剪力墻和連梁構件的承載力以及整體結(jié)構的層間位移進行了驗算。結(jié)果表明:如欲滿足性能1和性能2抗震設計的承載力以及側(cè)向變形的要求,會導致墻、梁構件的配筋量和截面尺寸急劇增加,不符合經(jīng)濟合理的設計原則;在罕遇地震下性能2的性能目標和承載力要求偏低。

Abstract:
The 20-storey reinforcement concrete shear wall building was taken as an example, which was designed by performance\|based seismic design method in Code for seismic design of buildings(GB 50011—2010). The bearing capacity of beams and shear walls as well as the storey drift were calculated according to different performance requirements. When the bearing capacity requirements of the first and second performance levels are satisfied, the section dimensions and reinforcing bars quantity of the beams and shear walls increase sharply, which can not conform to the economic and rational design principles. The performance target and bearing capacity is low for second performance level under the rare earthquake.
