復雜地質條件下高層建筑剛性樁復合地基應用與研究

陶景暉1,2,梁書亭1,金如元2,吳春良2(1 東南大學土木工程學院, 南京 210096; 2 江蘇省建筑設計研究院有限公司, 南京 210029)[摘要]某高層辦公樓建造場地地質分布極不均勻,存在軟弱土、巖體破碎帶等不良地質條件,采用天然地基與常規(guī)樁基均不合適。經(jīng)方案比選,采用剛性樁復合地基,結合樁間土注漿、樁底后注漿的綜合性地基處理方案,可滿足承載要求。針對因施工質量原因,實際樁長遠小于設計要求,從而造成單樁豎向承載力檢測不合格,并導致復合壓板靜載試驗結果未能滿足承載力要求的狀況,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場施工條件,提出通過人工套挖置換成樁,構造二元剛性樁復合地基的解決方案。加固措施實施效果良好,實測沉降遠小于規(guī)范限值。采用的地基處理方案針對性較強,工程事故處理方法實用性較好。[關鍵詞]復雜地質條件; 高層建筑; 剛性樁復合地基; 工程事故處理中圖分類號:TU742文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002848X(2013)06008606Application and study on the rigid pile composite foundation for highrise buildingsunder complicated geological conditionsTao Jinghui1,2, Liang Shuting1, Jin Ruyuan2, Wu Chunliang2(1 School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China;2 Jiangsu Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210029, China)Abstract:The geological distribution is very uneven in a highrise office building construction site and there are adverse geological conditions, such as soft soil, rock fracture zone, and so on, so both the natural foundation and the pile foundation are not suitable. Along with the comprehensive foundation treatment measures of pile postgrouting and grouting in the soil among piles, a rigid pile composite foundation that can meet the bearing requirement was applied after comparison of foundation schemes. Owing to the poor quality of construction, the actual pile length was far below the design demand, which leaded to failure detection on vertical bearing capacity test of single pile and composite platen static load foundation. In view of the fact that the test results failed to reach the design requirements, and based on construction site conditions, the solution method of building dualelement rigid pile composite foundation by replacing some rigid piles with manual hole digging piles was proposed. Reinforcement measures have good results, and the measured settlement is far less than the code limit.
