江蘇新長江(雅閣)國際酒店B塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計(jì)

王海明,蘇云鵬,韓合軍(中國電子工程設(shè)計(jì)院, 北京 100840)[摘要]江蘇新長江(雅閣)國際酒店B塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度為1264m,屬超高層結(jié)構(gòu)。對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了多遇地震下的反應(yīng)譜分析,為了使分析結(jié)果安全可靠,分別運(yùn)用PKPM和ETABS兩種軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,并將結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比。結(jié)果表明,兩種軟件求得的結(jié)構(gòu)各主要參數(shù)結(jié)果都基本一致,誤差很小,從而證明了計(jì)算結(jié)果的正確性。在反應(yīng)譜分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用ETABS軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈性時程反應(yīng)分析,時程分析時選取了2條天然波和1條人工波,分析結(jié)果顯示,時程分析的結(jié)果基本都小于反應(yīng)譜分析的結(jié)果。在多遇地震分析的基礎(chǔ)上,選取了幾個主要結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了中震不屈服校核,結(jié)果顯示,構(gòu)件能夠滿足中震不屈服的性能目標(biāo)。[關(guān)鍵詞]多遇地震; 反應(yīng)譜分析; 時程分析; 中震中圖分類號:TU318文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002848X(2013)06003406Structural analysis and design on the B tower building of Xinchangjiang(Yage)International Hotel in JiangsuWang Haiming, Su Yunpeng, Han Hejun(China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, Beijing 100840, China)Abstract:The structural height of the B tower building of Xinchangjiang(Yage)International Hotel in Jiangsu is 1264 meters. It is a super high rise building. In order to make the analysis results safe and reliable, response spectrum analysis of the structure under frequent earthquake were carried out by PKPM and ETABS respectively, and the results of the two programs were compared. The compared results show that the main parameters of the structure are almost the same and the error is very small, which proves the results are correct. Based on the response spectrum analysis, elastic timehistory analysis was carried out by using ETABS, which selected two natural seismic waves and one artificial seismic wave. The results of timehistory analysis are almost smaller than those of response spectrum analysis. On the basis of response spectrum analysis under frequent earthquake, nonyielding analysis under moderate earthquake was checked by selecting some key structural members.
