合肥新橋國際機(jī)場航站樓箱形曲梁承載性能分析

王元清1,劉莉媛1,3,丁大益2,4,石永久1,完海鷹4(1 清華大學(xué)土木工程系土木工程安全與耐久教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,北京 100084;2 中國五洲工程設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)有限公司,北京 100053; 3 北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,北京 100045; 4 合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)土木與水利工程學(xué)院,合肥 230009)[摘要]為得到合肥新橋國際機(jī)場航站樓鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋中箱形曲梁構(gòu)件的承載性能,以箱形曲梁部分為重點(diǎn)研究對象,采用千斤頂單拉加載的方式,進(jìn)行了3個箱形曲梁模型的試驗(yàn)研究。建立了試驗(yàn)構(gòu)件的有限元模型,將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比和分析,有限元計(jì)算有效地模擬了試驗(yàn)構(gòu)件的承載性能,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和有限元結(jié)果吻合較好,證明了設(shè)計(jì)的合理性和安全性。試驗(yàn)得到了不同面外支撐對構(gòu)件承載性能的影響。通過施加大小不同的初始缺陷,分析了初始缺陷對于轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)件承載性能的影響。試驗(yàn)?zāi)P偷挠邢拊治雠c試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)相互驗(yàn)證,為設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論依據(jù)。[關(guān)鍵詞]箱形曲梁;比例模型;承載性能;有限元方法;試驗(yàn)中圖分類號:TU391文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2013)06-0001-04Finite element analysis on bearing behaviors of curved box-girders of Hefei Xinqiao International Airport Terminal Wang Yuanqing1, Liu Liyuan1,3, Ding Dayi2,4, Shi Yongjiu1, Wan Haiying4(1 Key Laboratory of Civil Engineering Safety and Durability of China Education Ministry, Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China; 2 China Wuzhou Engineering Corporation LTD.,Beijing 100053, China; 3 Beijing Institute of Architecture Design, Beijing 100045, China;4 School of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei 230009, China)Abstract:In order to get the bearing behaviors of the curved box-girders of Hefei Xinqiao International Airport Terminal, three model experiments were carried out under tensile force by way of a single jack. Finite element models were established. The bearing behaviors of the curved box-girders were simulated and the results of experiments and FEM were compared. The experiment results and FEM results agree well, which proves that the design is reasonable and safe.The effects of different out\|plane supports on the bearing behaviors were obtained. The effects of different initial defects applied on the models were analyzed as well.
