［提要］珠江新城E5-2地塊高層公寓地面以上31層,采用框支剪力墻結構，于層5高位轉換，平面窄長。根據(jù)結構體形特性建立簡單模型，利用模型快捷地找出窄長平面高層結構的工作基本特性并找出解決問題的方法，從而對結構布置提供幫助。計算結果顯示，實際工程的工作基本特性與簡單模型基本一致。

Apply Simplified Model in Concept Design of Narrow & Long High-rise Buildings/Chen Xiangrong (The Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou 510010,China)Abstract:The Zhujiang New Town E-2 block department is a 31-story high tall building, locating at the CBD of Guangzhou, with 5^th story partly fram-supported shear wall system. The size of plan of this building is 103.54m long but 23.5m wide, thus the shape is narrow and long, and the building is sensible to torsion under seismic excitation. The procedure of conceptdesign of this type of building utilizing simplified modal is introduced in details.
