帶肋填砂管樁承載力研究

摘要對普通預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁樁身加肋、沉樁過程中在樁側(cè)填砂可有效提高樁基的承載能力。通過構(gòu)建基于樁-土荷載傳遞模型來分析帶肋填砂管樁的土層側(cè)阻力與位移間的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,確定樁-土荷載傳遞函數(shù),進(jìn)一步分析研究了帶肋填砂管樁承載力的提高幅度。分析及實(shí)測結(jié)果均表明,相比普通管樁的側(cè)阻力,帶肋填砂管樁的土層側(cè)阻力有較大幅度的提高。然后又通過荷載傳遞模型反推出各土層側(cè)阻力屈服值及其對應(yīng)的位移,為以后帶肋填砂管樁的設(shè)計(jì)取值提供參考。同時(shí)還研究了帶肋填砂管樁的側(cè)阻、端阻所占的樁頂荷載的比例,及該比例與樁頂荷載之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明此比例與樁頂荷載之間基本呈線性關(guān)系。

Study on bearing capacity of ribbed and sand-filled tube piles

Abstract: Compared with prestressed concrete tube pile, the ribbed sand-filled tube pile can enhance the bearing capacity of the pile foundation. Based on load transfer model of pile-soil, the behavior of side resistance and displacement was analyzed, and the pile side soil layer load transfer function was obtained. The enhancement range of load bearing capacity was researched. Theoretic analysis and experiment results indicate that side resistance can enhance the bearing capacity of the pile foundation by using ribbed sand-filled tube pile. Through the load transfer model, the results of side resistance yield value and the corresponding displacement were derived reversely, which can provide reference for design. Simultaneously, the relationship of pile top resistance with the proportion of side resistance and pile end resistance was studied, which shows that a linear relationship holds between this proportion and pile top load.
