[摘要]為深入研究鋼管混凝土管節(jié)點的應力集中及疲勞性能,設計了鋼管混凝土管節(jié)點的疲勞試驗,并結合有限元的計算,對管節(jié)點的應力集中、疲勞裂紋的開裂源、裂紋擴展規(guī)律等疲勞相關特性進行了研究,對于變幅加載情況下的壽命進行了等效計算,并通過試驗進行驗證,在焊接接頭良好的情況下,疲勞強度可達到較高的水平。

Experimental research on fatigue of tubular joints in concrete-filled steel tube

Abstract: For the further research on the stress concentration and fatigue property of tubular joints in concrete-filled steel tube, and the fatigue test was carried out, and the finite element was used to study the stress concentration, cracking source of fatigue, the rule of crack expansion and related features of fatigue. The life of changed load was calculated. The result verifies that the fatigue strength can achieve higher levels of performance if the welded joints are in a good condition.
