［提要］深圳華潤中心結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，存在大量的轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件，且結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過規(guī)范要求分縫的限值。結(jié)合工程本身的特性，設(shè)計(jì)采取了分層鋼管芯混凝土組合柱、半空心型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換梁、格構(gòu)式空腹箱形鋼梁、抗剪型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換梁等多種結(jié)構(gòu)體系相結(jié)合的措施。結(jié)構(gòu)體系的剛度、延性和穩(wěn)定性良好，確保了工程的安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性，滿足了建筑方案對(duì)空間的要求。主要介紹工程結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)工程中應(yīng)用的33m跨格構(gòu)式空腹箱形鋼梁組作為中庭轉(zhuǎn)換梁的設(shè)計(jì)及構(gòu)造作出分析。

Essential Structural Design Technique of Huarun Centre/Su Hengqiang, Mo Wenjie, Fang Husheng, Liu Yushu (The Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou 510010, China)

Abstract:Shenzhen Huarun center is a complex structure with many transfer members and the surpassing length of structure surpasses the limit of the code. Based on these features of such a special project, a multi-function structure measures are adopted to guarantee the safety and economy, to fulfill the architecture design of the construction. The measures, including steel tube-reinforced concrete composite columns in layers, semi-hollow steel reinforced concrete composite transfer beams, lattice steel beams, shearing steel reinforced concrete composite transfer beams etc., are used, leading to a good structural system in stiffness, ductility and stability. Furthermore, the essential technology, application characteristic and analysis of the design and construction method for a 33-meter span lattice steel transfer beam are introduced.
