復(fù)式鋼管混凝土外鋼管不連通環(huán)梁節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析*

[摘要]基于復(fù)式鋼管混凝土外鋼管不連通環(huán)梁節(jié)點(diǎn)的試驗(yàn)研究,在合理選擇材料本構(gòu)關(guān)系和破壞準(zhǔn)則的基礎(chǔ)上,采用有限元分析軟件ANSYS建立模型,研究了該類節(jié)點(diǎn)在往復(fù)荷載作用下的力學(xué)性能。有限元模擬的滯回曲線及骨架曲線與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果大致吻合,在一定程度上驗(yàn)證了有限元方法的合理性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了鋼筋混凝土環(huán)梁及內(nèi)外鋼管的應(yīng)力分布,探索此類節(jié)點(diǎn)的傳力機(jī)制及最終破壞形態(tài)。最后對(duì)該類節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了參數(shù)分析,研究節(jié)點(diǎn)處豎筋配筋率、豎筋錨固長(zhǎng)度、節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)及環(huán)梁處混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)、框架梁混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)對(duì)骨架曲線的影響規(guī)律。

Finite element analysis on the ring beam joint with discontinuous outer tube between composite CFST and RC beams

Abstract: According to experimental study on the ring beam joint with discontinuous outer tube between composite concrete-filled steel tube and reinforced concrete beams, the finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the behavior of connections. The simulated hysteretic curves and skeleton curves were compared with the experimental data and roughly agreement can be observed. Stress analysis was researched by using the finite element analysis model to study the failure mode and mechanism of the new system joints. Moreover, parametric studies have been carried out to investigate the influences of the cross-section ratio and anchorage length of the vertical reinforcement for the nodes area, the strength of the concrete for the nodes area and the ring beams and the concrete strength of the frame beams on the skeleton curves.
