[摘要]九江文化中心鋼屋蓋外形為造型輕盈的自由曲面,根據(jù)不同部位的受力特點(diǎn),采用由雙層螺栓球網(wǎng)殼、空間管桁架、樹狀支撐系統(tǒng)雜交而成的空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)。重點(diǎn)介紹了鋼屋蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)體系布置、靜載分析、動(dòng)力特性、整體穩(wěn)定及多維多點(diǎn)地震響應(yīng)分析。分析結(jié)果表明:關(guān)鍵部位的管桁架有效地增強(qiáng)了結(jié)構(gòu)的整體剛度;樹狀支撐與大跨屋蓋共同形成了高效的拱形受力機(jī)理;跨越多棟建筑的鋼屋蓋需進(jìn)行多維多點(diǎn)地震響應(yīng)分析;曲面的面外變形可顯著地降低溫度應(yīng)力。

Structural design on the free-form steel roof for Jiujiang Cultural Centre

Abstract: The shape of steel roof for Jiujiang Cultural Centre is light free-form surface. According to the mechanical characteristics of different parts, the steel roof adopts spatial latticed structure which is consisted of double-layer reticulated shell, space tube truss and dendritic support system. Structural layout, static analysis, dynamic characteristic, overall stability and multi-dimensional and multi-support earthquake excitation analysis were mainly introduced. The results indicate that: the tube truss arrangement in key positions enhances the structural rigidity effectively; the dendritic support together with large-span roof is served as arched stress mechanism; the steel roof which spans multiple buildings needs multi-dimensional and multi-support earthquake excitation analysis; out-of-plane deformation of free-form structure reduces temperature stress significantly.
