高層混合結(jié)構(gòu)基于模型分析的施工模擬方法*

劉鑫,劉偉慶,王曙光,杜東升(南京工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院, 南京 211816)[摘要]高層建筑考慮施工模擬可以更為準(zhǔn)確地反映結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)際受力狀態(tài),通過(guò)理論分析、算例驗(yàn)證并結(jié)合實(shí)際超限高層項(xiàng)目,詳細(xì)研究了高層建筑施工模擬的理論方法以及具體實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。分析表明:若不考慮施工模擬,對(duì)于軸壓比大的構(gòu)件軸力會(huì)偏小,而對(duì)于軸壓比小的構(gòu)件軸力會(huì)偏大;一次加載解的樓層最大豎向位移為實(shí)際樓層最大豎向位移的2倍左右,計(jì)算出的樓層最大豎向位移在結(jié)構(gòu)頂層,而考慮施工模擬計(jì)算出的實(shí)際樓層最大豎向位移在中間層附近。研究結(jié)果為高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)分析時(shí)考慮其在施工過(guò)程中的實(shí)際受力情況提供了理論依據(jù)以及分析方法。[關(guān)鍵詞]模型分析; 施工模擬; 豎向變形差; 高層結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU974 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)05-0018-05Construction simulation of high-rise mixed structure based on model analysisLiu Xin, Liu Weiqing, Wang Shuguang, Du Dongsheng(Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing 211816, China)Abstract: Construction simulation can reflect the state of stress of high-rise buildings more accurately. Theoretical methods and the specific process of construction simulation were analyzed by theoretical analysis, numerical example and the project of a high-rise building. The result shows that if do not consider the construction simulation, the components with larger axial compression ratio have the smaller axial force, but the components with the smaller ratio have the larger force. The maximum vertical displacement of one-time load model is twice of the actual vertical displacement, and it appears at the top of the floor. However, the location of the maximum vertical displacement by construction simulation is in the middle-floor of the structure.
