某疊角超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計(jì)

朱萱(同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院(集團(tuán))有限公司, 上海 200092)[摘要]常州市某綜合病房大樓平面由兩個疊角矩形結(jié)構(gòu)組成,結(jié)構(gòu)于裙房頂收進(jìn)形成退臺,尺度較大且復(fù)雜,屬超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)形式采用框架和三個筒體組成的框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。針對結(jié)構(gòu)平面疊角和豎向收進(jìn),采用了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì),在宏觀上把握結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位,有針對性地采取加強(qiáng)措施。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)的工作狀態(tài)和性能均能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)期性能目標(biāo)和規(guī)范要求。局部密肋樓板和預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁的運(yùn)用保證了建筑功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。[關(guān)鍵詞]平面疊角;豎向收進(jìn);框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu);性能設(shè)計(jì);彈塑性分析;密肋樓蓋;預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土中圖分類號:TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)05-0011-07Design and analysis on a corner-overlap tall building beyond code limitsZhu Xuan(Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tongji University (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: The plane of a clinical tall building in Changzhou was composed of two corner-overlap rectangular structures. The structure is backward to form back stage on the roof of the podium, and is beyond code limits because of large scale and complexity. Frame-shear wall structure was used, and the shear wall consisted of three core-walls. Performance-based seismic design was adopted aiming at the structure corner-overlap and vertical setback. The weak members were distinguished on the whole and were strengthened by pertinent measures. The results show that the functional state and performance of the structure can meet the design goals of the performance and code requirement.
