蘇州某地下車庫上浮原因分析

談麗華, 郭一峰, 朱小寒(蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)研究院股份有限公司,蘇州215021)[摘要] 蘇州某單層地下車庫在施工過程中,由于頂板超載堆土造成多處承重構(gòu)件的承載能力極限狀態(tài)及正常使用極限狀態(tài)超過規(guī)范要求,后又卸載導(dǎo)致地下車庫整體抗浮不能滿足要求而上浮。本文通過對(duì)超載及卸載兩種工況進(jìn)行有限元分析,并將分析結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況吻合。[關(guān)鍵詞] 地下車庫上浮;超載;卸載;有限元分析中圖分類號(hào):TU269. 31, TU926 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2012) S2-0520-03Analysis of floating reason for an underground garage in SuzhouTan Lihua, Guo Yifeng, Zhu Xiaohan( Suzhou Industrial Park Design &Research Institute Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Due to over loading soil on top slab of underground garage during construction, the ultimate limit states and serviceability limit states of many load-bearing members is over codes requirement.
