[摘要] 蘇州某單層地下車庫在施工過程中，由于頂板超載堆土造成多處承重構(gòu)件的承載能力極限狀態(tài)及正常使用極限狀態(tài)超過規(guī)范要求，后又卸載導(dǎo)致地下車庫整體抗浮不能滿足要求而上浮。本文通過對(duì)超載及卸載兩種工況進(jìn)行有限元分析，并將分析結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比，分析結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況吻合。

Abstract: Due to over loading soil on top slab of underground garage during construction, the ultimate limit states and serviceability limit states of many load-bearing members is over codes requirement. Then uninstall soil cause the underground garage floating due to antifloating not enough. The finite element method is adopted for overloading and uninstall loading conditions, and compare the results with the abservation in the scene, they matched well.
