老舊房屋改造的社會經濟效益評價體系

This kind of project, that is organized and partly paid by our government, requiress of the economic benefit should be thought of. After a series of costs and benefits calculated, we finally got three evaluation indexes: Economic net present value, economic intemal rate of return, economic benefit cost ratio.
