某老齡碼頭兼廠房結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性檢測與鑒定分析*

張?jiān)偃A1,2， 熊創(chuàng)賢1'2(1湖南城市學(xué)院土木工程學(xué)院，益陽413000； 2湖南城市學(xué)院土木工程檢測中心，益陽413000)[摘要] 工程始建于20世紀(jì)70年代早期，由于服役時間較久以及部分結(jié)構(gòu)的長期外露，結(jié)構(gòu)已有一定劣化、損傷?？紤]到該碼頭工程后續(xù)使用的安全性，對該工程的結(jié)構(gòu)布置、表觀損傷與鋼筋銹蝕情況、鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件的混凝土碳化深度及抗壓強(qiáng)度、鋼筋分布和保護(hù)層厚度、結(jié)構(gòu)整體垂直度情況等進(jìn)行了全面的檢測，并依據(jù)相應(yīng)的檢測結(jié)果及規(guī)范對其主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了承載能力復(fù)核。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性進(jìn)行了綜合評定，為后續(xù)的結(jié)構(gòu)修復(fù)與加固提供了依據(jù)，并為同類工程提供參考。[關(guān)鍵詞] 老齡碼頭；安全性檢測；承載力復(fù)核中圖分類號：TU656.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2012) S2-0468-04Structural safety inspection and appraisal analysis of an aged wharf and factory workshopZhang zaihua1,2, Xiong Chuangxian1,2(1College of Civil Engineering, Hunan City University, Yiyang 413000, China; 2 Civil Engineering Test Center, Hunan City University, Yiyang 413000, China)Abstract: The engineering was established in the early 1970s. Because of the long service time and long-term exposure of some parts of the structure,a certain degree of deterioration and damage has occurred to the structure. Taken the subsequent use of safety into account, the structure was completely detected. The detection content included array of structure, apparent damage and rebar corrosion situation, carbonation depth and compressive strength of concrete, distributions of reinforcement and cover thickness, verticality of the overall structure and so on.A bearing capacity check about the main structure was made according to the corresponding detection results and standards. On these basis, the safety of the wharf structure was comprehensively assessed, and some suggestion about repairing, reinforcement and maintenance was provided. It provides the basis for the follow-up of repair and reinforcement,can be referred by sinular engineering.Keywords: aged wharf; safety inspection; bearing capacity check
