陶水忠(北京市市政工程研究院，北京100037)[摘要] 某3層辦公樓建于上世紀(jì)60年代，是一座內(nèi)框架結(jié)構(gòu)建筑。該建筑物已投入使用多年，且受當(dāng)時經(jīng)濟(jì)及技術(shù)等方面因素的制約，原設(shè)計沒有考慮抗震設(shè)防，為確保其抗震性能和安全使用要求，有必要對其進(jìn)行抗震鑒定。對該建筑進(jìn)行了原始資料核查、現(xiàn)場檢測和全面的抗震鑒定分析，并針對其結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷，提出了結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的加固方案。[關(guān)鍵詞] 內(nèi)框架結(jié)構(gòu)；抗震鑒定；結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換中圖分類號：TU746.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002 -848X( 2012) S2 -0465 -03Seismic appraisal of a interior-frame structure with three storeysTao Shuizhong( Beijing Municipal Engineering Research Institute, Beijing 100037, China)Abstract: A interior-frame structure office building, with three storeys, was constructed in 1960s. The building has been in use for many years, and because of the economical and technical factors, original designer has not considered the seismic fortification. In order to ensure the seismic bearing capacity and safety requirements for use, it was necessary to carry on the seismic appraisal.
