［提要］中山古鎮(zhèn)燈都商廈呈傳統(tǒng)油燈狀，其體形凹凸變化十分突出，結(jié)構(gòu)設計具有非常大的挑戰(zhàn)性。雖然有些方面突破了國內(nèi)規(guī)范的限制，但結(jié)合工程本身的特性，結(jié)構(gòu)設計上采取了多種結(jié)構(gòu)體系相結(jié)合的措施，以保證體形復雜的結(jié)構(gòu)在側(cè)向剛度上的均勻性。工程利用巨型斜置鋼管混凝土柱、外包鋼板混凝土剪力墻、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)桁架、跨樓層交叉撐、加強層等組成了剛度、延性和穩(wěn)定性均良好的結(jié)構(gòu)體系。根據(jù)需要，結(jié)構(gòu)體系沿高度進行轉(zhuǎn)化，有效地解決了剛度突變、整體傾覆、中部球狀懸挑等難點。經(jīng)過反復的分析計算，確保了工程的安全性和經(jīng)濟性。

Super High-rise Structure Design of Zhongshan Guzhen Light Capital Mansion with Complicated Shape/Chen Xing, Wang Hualin, Li Na, Lin Puqiang (The Arch. Design & Research Ins. of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou 510010, China)

Abstract:The shape of Zhongshan Guzhen Light Capital Mansion looks like a traditional kerosene light, which brings much challenge to the structure design. Although some aspects of the structure design have exceeded the restrictions of domestic design standards, many structure measures are adopted to keep the uniformity of stiffness. Those measures, including huge slanting steel tube concrete column, concrete shear wall enveloped by steel plate, steel truss, across brace, strengthen story with outriggers etc., are used leading to a good structural system in stiffness, ductility and stability. Furthermore, the structural system alters at different height, thus the structural design"s difficulties in abrupt change in rigidity, overturning and overhanging in sphere shape at middle height are all solved effectively.
