[摘要] 由于目前國(guó)內(nèi)缺少關(guān)于海上風(fēng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的規(guī)程規(guī)范，海上風(fēng)機(jī)荷載沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一的計(jì)算公式。通過(guò)研究并依據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)、外的相關(guān)規(guī)范，確定了海上風(fēng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)涉及到的波浪、水流、冰、撞擊等荷載的計(jì)算方法及荷載組合方式，對(duì)海上風(fēng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

Abstract: Because of the lack of the norms of the offshore wind turbine foundation structure design and there was no a unified formula for beach-shallow sea wind turbine load,  the calculation of loads of the waves, currents, ice and other loads and load combinations are determined by researching the relevant norms of domestic and foreign. It has certain significance for the design of the beach-shallow sea wind turbine foundation structure.
