電解車間鋁水抬包車等效均布荷載計算

邸思鴻(沈陽鋁鎂設(shè)計研究院有限公司,沈陽110001)[摘要] 鋁水抬包車荷載對電解車間二層操作平臺的結(jié)構(gòu)計算影響很大,在我國現(xiàn)行《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)荷載規(guī)范》(GB50009-2001)(2006年版)中對鋁水抬包車的等效均布活荷載未有明確規(guī)定。從結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)設(shè)計的角度,對不同跨度的單向板計算出抬包車車輪荷載的等效荷載,總結(jié)出如何合理布置電解車間二層平臺的主次梁使結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計更為經(jīng)濟合理。[關(guān)鍵詞] 鋁水抬包車;等效均布荷載;樓板跨度;動力系數(shù)中圖分類號:TU312 +.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2012) S2-0408-04Calculation of the equivalent uniform live load of aluminum ladle trailer in the potroomDi Sihong( Shenyang Aluminum and Magnesium Engineering and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shenyang 110001, China)Abstract: The aluminum water ladle trailer load has a great effect on structural design of the second floor operating platform in the potroom. In according with the provisions of Load code for the design, of building structures( GB 50009-2001) (2006 version), the equivalent uniform live load value of alununum water ladle trailer is not given definitely. The equivalent uniform live load value of aluminum water ladle trailer for the different spans of one-way reinforced concrete slab is calculated from the perspective of structural design. Make a sumnung-up that how to dispose the main beams and the secondary beams in the second floor operating platform is proposed in order to make the structural design more economical and reasonable.Keywords: aluminum water ladle trailer; equivalent uniform live load; floor span; dynamic factor
