[摘要] 由于建筑方案外立面造型要求，本工程局部樓層結(jié)構(gòu)框架柱需向內(nèi)收進(jìn)，造成部分結(jié)構(gòu)豎向受力構(gòu)件即框架柱沿建筑總高度不連續(xù)，形成局部轉(zhuǎn)換，此時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)上合理正確地采取托柱梁轉(zhuǎn)換的結(jié)構(gòu)形式可以很好地滿足建筑效果要求，受力明確，計(jì)算分析和實(shí)際應(yīng)用及施工技術(shù)也比較成熟，但是對(duì)于柱下設(shè)置垂直方向拉梁的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算需要正確判斷與分析，滿足規(guī)范要求，從而確保工程安全。

Abstract: With the building facade requirements, partial structure frame column need to indent in some floor, causing part frame column discontinuous in the vertical direction, so we Design the structure with column supporting transfer beam correctly to meet the building effect. The calculation, analysis, practical application and construction technology is more mature, but the design and calculation of tie beam beam need to correctly judge and analysis, at the same time the design of tie beam has to be safe.
