張玉峰1, 孫慶唐2, 胥玉祥1, 朱 鳴1(1北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,北京100045; 2天津大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,天津300072)[摘要] 內(nèi)蒙古呼和浩特市迎和廣場是一個(gè)商業(yè)辦公綜合體項(xiàng)目,采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。該結(jié)構(gòu)在裙房頂有較大收進(jìn),主樓偏置,裙房首層~5層梁存在較大懸挑,屬于豎向體型收進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)。應(yīng)用SATWE和PMSAP兩種軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行多遇地震彈性反應(yīng)譜分析,以了解結(jié)構(gòu)在多遇地震作用下的整體性能,并對相應(yīng)部位進(jìn)行加強(qiáng),保證其在地震作用下的安全性。對大跨度懸挑梁采用無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁,以滿足裂縫和撓度的要求。采用有限元軟件Plaxis 3D對地基變形進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,結(jié)果表明對于主樓和裙樓連為一體的建筑,通過在主樓區(qū)域采用CFG復(fù)合地基進(jìn)行地基處理及適當(dāng)增大地下室結(jié)構(gòu)剛度的方法,可以較好解決差異沉降和整體撓度的問題。[關(guān)鍵詞] 框架-核心筒;豎向體型收進(jìn);CFG復(fù)合地基;預(yù)應(yīng)力梁中圖分類號:TU355 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2012) S2-0364-04Structure design of Yinghe PlazaZhang Yufeng1, Sun Qingtang2, Xu Yuxiangl, Zhu Ming1(1 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China)Abstract: Yinghe Plaza, which located at Hohhot city in Inner Mongolia, is a commercial office complex project, and its structural system is frame-corewall. The building has the main feature of setback at the top of podium, great cantilever beams from 1~5 floor, and the main tower biasing the side, so it belongs to structure with setback. In order to know the overall performance and ensure the structure safety under the frequent seismic action, elastic response specUum analysis was done using two kinds of software SATWE and PMSAP, and the corresponding parts was also strengthened in design. For meeting the requirement of crack and deflection linuts, unbounded and prestressed concrete beams were used in the building. The foundation deflection was calculated and analyzed using the finite element software Plaxis 3D. The results show that for the building with podium, CFG composite foundation can be used in the area of the main building and the basement stiffness should be suitably enlarged to solve the problems of differential settlement and overall deflection.Keywords: frame-corewall structure; structure with setback; CFG composite foundation; prestressed beam
