高層建筑扭轉(zhuǎn)平動周期比與建筑高度關(guān)系研究

朱 鳴, 胥玉祥(北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司,北京100045)[摘要] 高層建筑的扭轉(zhuǎn)平動周期比是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中需要控制的一個重要指標(biāo),建筑高度是影響該比值的一項重要因素。首先研究了幾種典型截面的懸臂梁的扭轉(zhuǎn)自振周期、彎曲自振周期的解析解以及兩者的比值。采用有限元分析驗證以上解析解。然后以兩個工程實例為對象,研究結(jié)構(gòu)扭轉(zhuǎn)平動周期比與建筑高度之間的關(guān)系。分析表明,等截面懸臂梁扭轉(zhuǎn)周期與彎曲周期之比與梁截面高度成正比,與梁長成反比。高層建筑的扭轉(zhuǎn)平動周期比與等截面懸臂梁有類似的變化規(guī)律。當(dāng)建筑高度增加時,扭轉(zhuǎn)平動周期比逐漸減小,結(jié)構(gòu)的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)相應(yīng)減小。[關(guān)鍵詞] 扭轉(zhuǎn)周期;平動周期;建筑高度;扭轉(zhuǎn)平動周期比中圖分類號:TU311.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2012) S2-0351-05Research on relationship between ratio of torsion period to translation period and building heightZhu Ming, Xu Yuxiang( Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: The ratio of torsion period to translation period is an important index in structural design of highrise buildings, which is significantly influenced by height of buildings. Theoretical solution of torsion period, translation period and their ratio of cantilever beams with four typical section shapes were analyzed. FEA analysis was performed to verify the solutions. Two actual building projects were selected to research the relationship between ratio of torsion period to translation period and building height. Results show that ratio of torsion period to bending period of cantilever beams with constant section is proportional to beam section height and is in inverse proportion to beam length. Ratio of torsion period to translation period of highrise buildings has similar varying laws with cantilever beams. When building height increases, ratio of torsion period to translation period decreases and torsion effect of structure decreases accordingly.Keywords: torsion period; translation period; building height; ratio of torsion period to translation period
