新型自復(fù)位混合阻尼器的設(shè)計分析

張 夫1, 孫 娜1, 劉 婺2, 姚國樹3(1遼寧阜新二建工程有限公司,阜新123000; 2遼寧工程技術(shù)大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,阜新123000;3鐵法煤業(yè)集團(tuán)建設(shè)工程有限責(zé)任公司,調(diào)兵山112700)[摘要] 設(shè)置有阻尼器的土木工程結(jié)構(gòu),其抗震減震控制的效果與阻尼器的工作性能密切相關(guān)?;谄胀ㄕ硿枘崞?,利用形狀記憶合金良好的超彈性性能和形狀記憶特性,設(shè)計了新型自復(fù)位混合阻尼器。該阻尼器主要是利用形狀記憶合金和普通粘滯阻尼器的協(xié)同耗能機(jī)制,在形狀記憶合金材料力學(xué)性能試驗的基礎(chǔ)上,對其超彈性性能進(jìn)行分析,然后分析了新型自復(fù)位混合阻尼器的工作原理及耗能機(jī)制;利用數(shù)值計算對不同規(guī)格的阻尼器進(jìn)行分析,得到了不同阻尼器的位移幅值、加載頻率等工況對SMA自復(fù)位混合阻尼器的單位循環(huán)耗能的影響效果。通過對比分析,得到了阻尼器參數(shù)的最佳組合,進(jìn)而能夠保,進(jìn)而能夠保證其發(fā)揮良好的耗能減震效果,為其工程應(yīng)用奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。[關(guān)鍵詞] 形狀記憶合金阻尼器;耗能;最優(yōu)組合中圖分類號:TU398.9 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2012) S2-0347-04Mechanism analysis of new variety of self-replacement hybrid dampersZhang Fu1, Sun Na1, Liu Wu2, Yao Guoshu3(1 Second Construction Engineering Company of Fuxin City, Fuxin 123000, China; 2 College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Liaoning Technical University, Fuxin 123000, China; 3 Tiefa Coal Group Construction Engineering, Diaobingshan 112700, China)Abstract: The performance of the damper is directly related to civil engineering structure damping control quality. Based on the research of common viscous damper and utilization of Shape memory alloy (SMA) which has shape memory characteristic and super elastic properties, this text design a new kind of SMA then self-replacement hybrid damper. In consideration of all factors, using common viscous damper with SMA silk, achieve optimal energy effect. Firstly, the text make the SMA material mechanics performance experiment, analyze its super elastic properties and obtain material constitutive relation, then analyze working principle of the damper and working mechanism of the SMA and viscous damper which consume energy commonly. In different specifications of damper on different SMA, through the application of numerical calculation and simulation of MATLAB, this text analyze the condition of the damper displacement amplitude and loading frequency which influent on units cyclic consumption of SMA then self-replacement hybrid damper. Through the comparative analysis, the optimal combination of various parameters, so as to achieve the optimal energy effect, make this series of damper, so that people use more convenient.Keywords: SMA damper; energy consumption; optimal combination
