［提要］在我國(guó)首部《預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(CECS212:2006)誕生與頒布之時(shí)，詳細(xì)介紹了規(guī)程編制的背景、過(guò)程和重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容，并與前蘇聯(lián)的《預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)指南》進(jìn)行了對(duì)比，闡明40年來(lái)預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼結(jié)構(gòu)學(xué)科的前進(jìn)與發(fā)展，并對(duì)我國(guó)《預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》今后的提高與深化提出了建議。

Abstract:On the time of the birth and issue of our Technical Specification for Prestressed Steel Structures,the editorial background, process and some main points of specification are introduced. To compare with the I(xiàn)nstruction for the Design of Prestressed Steel Structures published by the former Soviet Union,  the advance and development of the subject of prestressed steel structures are discussed. Some suggestions to the improvement and deepening of this specification are presented.
