[摘要] 主要介紹了濟(jì)南省會(huì)文化中心圖書館的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，該工程為外圈采用斜鋼管混凝土柱的框架．剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，U形大堂內(nèi)設(shè)有獨(dú)立的蛋形報(bào)告廳、內(nèi)連橋以及屋面采光頂?shù)却罂玟摻Y(jié)構(gòu)，也有高度達(dá)28m的折形抗風(fēng)柱，是一復(fù)雜超限高層建筑。設(shè)計(jì)人員通過(guò)計(jì)算分析和采取必要的加強(qiáng)措施，使其滿足規(guī)范和超限審查的安全要求。

Abstact: It introduces structure design on library of Jinan Culture Center. The library, with inclined concrete filled steel tubular column around outer ring, is a concrete frame-shear wall structure. It includes several long span steel structures, such as the roof of lecture hall,  intemal connection bridge and light roof in the U shaped lobby. It is a ultra-linut high-rise building with two steel pipe latticed column, which is bended and only used to endure horizontal wind load. Some enhanced measures have been taken to ensure the security of the structure. The design meets the demands of code and ultra-linut examination.
