[摘要] 結(jié)合帶轉(zhuǎn)換超高層住宅的工程實(shí)例，介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)布置的特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能目標(biāo)的確定，通過(guò)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)在不同抗震設(shè)防水準(zhǔn)下的計(jì)算分析和工程判斷，找出了結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位和薄弱構(gòu)件，采取了針對(duì)性的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震加強(qiáng)措施，確保了結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。

Abstract: Combined with the specific project example of the super high-rise residential building with transfer story, the thesis introduces the characteristics of structural layout and the detemunation of seismic performance objectives of structure. Based on the calculation analysis and engineering judgments in different seismic fortification level, we find out the weak positions and members, and adopt the corresponding seismic strengthening measures to ensure the eismic performance objectives of structure.
