Performance-based seismic design of this building is introduced in detail. According to different seismic performance objectives, elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic analysis and un-yield analysis of components under moderate earthquake and un-yield analysis of components under rare earthquake are analyzed, meanwhile Pushover analysis under rare earthquake is applied. Some constructional measures for out-of-codes tall buildings and treatment measures of special part are also introduced, which ensure the building to satisfy the seismic performance objectives.Keywords: super high-rise building; performance-based seismic design; structural design
