[提要]針對ANSYS建模較為困難的弱點,建議利用通用繪圖軟件AutoCAD作為前處理軟件建模,再將其通過接口程序轉(zhuǎn)換為ANSYS的有限單元模型。通過探討AutoCAD的幾何模型與ANSYS有限單元模型之間的互相轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù),將CAD的二次開發(fā)程序與ANSYS的命令流文件有機結(jié)合,構(gòu)建簡便的數(shù)據(jù)接口。探討了轉(zhuǎn)換過程中存在的問題,并利用人工智能語言Visual Lisp編制轉(zhuǎn)換程序。通過兩個工程實例的應(yīng)用,證明了程序的可行性,也表明了此種轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)對于有限元軟件的工程應(yīng)用有較好的實用價值。

Abstract:It is proposed that AutoCAD is used as the preprocessor software to improve the modeling function of ANSYS, and then the interfacing program is used to transfer the geometry model to finite element model in ANSYS. The transfer technology of the geometry model and the finite element model is studied. The redevelopment program of CAD is incorporated with the command stream file of ANSYS to construct the data interface. The transfer program is coded in Visual Lisp and the main program is put forward. The feasibility of the program is proved by the application to two actual engineering projects. The transfer technology is valuable for engineering application of the finite element software.
