曹守剛，馬克儉，魏艷輝，姜豪，譚增輝，彭登（貴州大學(xué)空間結(jié)構(gòu)研究中心, 貴陽 550003）［摘要］貴州省甕安縣創(chuàng)業(yè)園鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房工程采用裝配整體式空間鋼網(wǎng)格盒式結(jié)構(gòu)，盒式結(jié)構(gòu)是由鋼網(wǎng)格承重式墻架和鋼空腹夾層板樓蓋結(jié)合形成的。采用以層為單位、以單元組裝墻架和樓蓋的形式來完成多層工業(yè)廠房的建設(shè)。此種新型結(jié)構(gòu)體系具有用鋼量小、跨度大、施工速度快、施工文明的特點。詳細(xì)介紹了此種新型結(jié)構(gòu)體系的設(shè)計要求和施工工藝，對相關(guān)工程設(shè)計有一定的借鑒作用。［關(guān)鍵詞］盒式結(jié)構(gòu)；裝配整體式；鋼空腹夾層板樓蓋；鋼網(wǎng)格外墻中圖分類號：TU393.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)04-0038-04Application of assembled overall space steel grid cassette structure in the large span multistorey industrial plantCao Shougang, Ma Kejian, Wei Yanhui, Jiang Hao, Tan Zenghui, Peng Deng（Space Structures Research Center of Guizhou University, Guiyang 550003, China）Abstract: The steel structural plant project is located at innovation park of Weng′an county, Guizhou province. It is an application of assembled overall space steel grid cassette structure. The cassette structure is made by combining the steel mesh load-bearing wall frame with vierendeel sandwich plate floor. The construction of the multistorey industrial plant was completed through the form of a unit assembled wall frames and floor as well as layer unit. The advantage of the new structural system is a small steel consumption, large span, fast and civilized construction.
