某風電設(shè)備研發(fā)中心特重型鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)試驗廠房設(shè)計研究

趙宏訓,駱蘭月,饒建兵,秦亞麗(中國中元國際工程公司,北京 100089)[摘要]結(jié)合某工程實例,針對重型鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)廠房總體結(jié)構(gòu)選型、節(jié)點形式、控制指標等進行了分析研究。下柱采用獨特的四肢鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),運用SAP2000和PKPM/STPJ軟件對主剛架及構(gòu)件進行計算對比,并對肩梁、梁柱弧形加腋連接等復(fù)雜節(jié)點進行了有限元分析,給出與簡化計算的差別,為類似工程積累了設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼管混凝土格構(gòu)柱; 整體結(jié)構(gòu)計算; 節(jié)點設(shè)計及構(gòu)造; 有限元分析中圖分類號:TU392.3 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)03-0103-05Structural design and analysis on the super heavy experiment factory with concretedfilled steel tubular structure for a wind power equipment analysis centerZhao Hongxun, Luo Lanyue, Rao Jianbing, Qin Yali(China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China)Abstract: Based on an engineering example, the structure type, joint type and control index for the super heavy concrete-filled steel tubular structure were analyzed. The lower column of the main frame is the concrete-filled steel tubular column with four limbs, and the main frame and its elements were analyzed and compared with SAP2000 and PKPM/STPJ.
