郭冰冰,趙宏訓(xùn)(中國中元國際工程公司,北京 100089)[摘要]結(jié)合工程實(shí)例針對大尺度熱加工重型工業(yè)廠房設(shè)計中應(yīng)注意的問題進(jìn)行了分析研究。設(shè)計中運(yùn)用有限元軟件對單層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房進(jìn)行整體空間計算,并與傳統(tǒng)平面計算軟件結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析對比,得出的成果可為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、降低用鋼量指標(biāo)提供可靠性條件。對超寬廠房的橫向溫度變形進(jìn)行分析,經(jīng)與傳統(tǒng)的雙列柱形式對比,采用單下柱、雙上柱的格構(gòu)柱形式,可有效提高廠房內(nèi)部使用空間。對雙上柱的格構(gòu)柱整體和肩梁、梁柱連接等復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了有限元分析研究。針對廠房縱向超長的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行溫度應(yīng)力計算,通過適當(dāng)增強(qiáng)柱間支撐,合理布置屋面水平支撐等技術(shù)措施形成空間整體剛度體系,既滿足重級工作等級廠房變形需要,確保了結(jié)構(gòu)安全,又能節(jié)約一榀鋼排架及其基礎(chǔ)。針對廠房整體大跨超寬單坡屋面的建筑形式,通過分析研究,采用橫向天窗剛架、屋面板可滑動支座等技術(shù)措施,較好地滿足了工藝及功能需要。[關(guān)鍵詞]重型工業(yè)廠房; 多連跨; 雙上柱型格構(gòu)柱; 橫向天窗架; 有限元分析; 溫度變形; 應(yīng)力分析中圖分類號:TU391 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)03-0098-05Structural design on the steel industrial workshop of Dalian Huarui Heavy IndustryGuo Bingbing, Zhao Hongxun(China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China)Abstract: Combined with the project examples, design problems of large scale hot working heavy industrial workshop were analyzed. Finite element analysis software was used for integral space calculation of single layer steel structure. Comparative analysis was done with traditional plane calculation software. The comparative results can further provide reliability conditions for optimizing structure design and reducing steel index. Transverse temperature deformations of the ultrawidth workshop were analyzed. Compared with the traditional double columns form, lattice column with single lower column and double upper column was adopted to effectively increase the plant internal use space. The integral lattice column of double column and complex nodes of shoulder beam and beam\|column connection, etc. were researched by finite element analysis. According to the characteristics of longitudinal long, temperature stress was calculated. Through enhancing braces between columns properly, reasonable arrangement of roof horizontal supports and other technical measures, space integral stiffness system was formed, which can not only meet the deformation needs of weight level work building to ensure the safety of the structure, but also save frames and foundation.
