太原重工某大型煉鑄鋼廠房結構設計思路

溫慶東，張作運，劉辰，周廷垣，馬杰，鄭希明，王繼濤（中國中元國際工程公司，北京 100089）［摘要］太原重工某大型煉鑄鋼廠是裝配有多層大噸位重型工作制吊車的多聯(lián)不等高跨綜合聯(lián)合生產廠房，設計在總平面布置和豎向設計既定的條件下進行，要使煉鋼、鑄鋼、鍛造、熱處理四大生產系統(tǒng)及其各自所屬的工段或工部既自成一獨立的單體互不干擾，又是一個有機整體便于生產，給結構布置和設計帶來了很大挑戰(zhàn)。對該廠房結構設計的方法及特點進行了介紹，并重點分析了該廠房平面軸網設計、結構布置選型、關鍵節(jié)點處理等幾方面內容，可以為類似工程積累經驗。［關鍵詞］多聯(lián)不等高跨； 多層大噸位吊車； 多階格構式柱中圖分類號：TU273 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)03-0093-05Structural design on a large steel making and casting factory workshop of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.Wen Qingdong, Zhang Zuoyun, Liu Chen, Zhou Tingyuan, Ma Jie, Zheng Ximing, Wang Jitao(China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China)Abstract: A large steel making and casting factory workshop in Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive and joint production workshop with multi-layer large-tonnage heavy duty crane and multispan of unequal height. It brings a great challenge to structural arrangement and design. The method and features of structural design was described, and a few aspects of the analysis of the plane axis design, structural arrangement, key nodes processing were analyzed.
