太原重工某大型鍛造熱處理車間結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

張作運，師瑜瑩，馬杰，周廷垣，劉辰，鄭希明，溫慶東，常亞飛（中國中元國際工程公司，北京 100089）［摘要］太原重工某大型鍛造熱處理廠房設(shè)有大噸位重型硬鉤吊車（450t硬鉤吊車），且廠房場地小，還要考慮到其與老廠房之間的對接，因此對結(jié)構(gòu)布置和構(gòu)件截面尺寸控制條件嚴(yán)苛。為了既能滿足工藝要求，又不讓廠房端部占用廠區(qū)道路，需將吊車底部以上的山墻及其有關(guān)構(gòu)件從廠房端柱懸挑出35m。還設(shè)有底板深27m緊貼廠房基礎(chǔ)邊的井式爐等較多的大型地下構(gòu)筑物，且這些地下構(gòu)筑物都要求在廠房結(jié)構(gòu)完成后再施工，給設(shè)計方案的確定帶來很大難度。通過對該廠房結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法及特點的介紹，重點分析了廠房結(jié)構(gòu)布置及選型、設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)和深基坑處理、特殊山墻及縱墻做法等幾方面內(nèi)容。［關(guān)鍵詞］大噸位吊車； 結(jié)構(gòu)選型； 懸挑山墻； 設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)中圖分類號：TU273 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)03-0087-06Structural design on the large forging heat treatment factory workshop of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.Zhang Zuoyun, Shi Yuying, Ma Jie, Zhou Tingyuan, Liu Chen, Zheng Ximing, Wen Qingdong, Chang Yafei(China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China)Abstract: A large forging heat treatment factory workshop of Taiyuan Heary Industry Co., Ltd. is equipped with large-tonnage heavy-duty hard hook crane (450t) and has small venues. The docking between it and the old plant must be taken into account, which makes high demands on structural arrangement and cross-section. In order to not only meet the technical requirements, but also not let the plant ends occupy factory road, the gables and its related components need to overhang 3.5m from columns. It also has lots of large underground structures such as 27m deep pit furnace close to the plant base side, and those structures need to be constructed after the completion of the plant structure. So it brings a large difficult to the determination of design. Structural design of workshop, analysis of structure arrangement, equipment base and deep foundation, special gables and vertical walls, and etc. were introduced.Keywords: large-tonnage crane; structural system selection; cantilevered gable; equipment foundation
