［摘要］華潤置地鄭州萬象城購物中心（一期）為復(fù)雜超限高層建筑，建筑物體量龐大，房屋結(jié)構(gòu)高度為40.65m，采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)中同時存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、平面開大洞、大懸挑、豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、斜柱等多項平面及豎向不規(guī)則情況。系統(tǒng)地介紹了針對結(jié)構(gòu)多項超限的對策、計算分析方法、中庭部位地下室局部抗浮措施、平面大洞口間樓板弱連接設(shè)計、超長結(jié)構(gòu)的樓板溫度應(yīng)力、大跨度及長懸臂構(gòu)件設(shè)計、框架結(jié)構(gòu)中樓梯構(gòu)件的處理等設(shè)計關(guān)鍵問題。

Abstract: The Commercial Part of Zhengzhou Huarun Mixc City Phase Ⅰis a huge size concrete frame structure with 40.65m high. The structure is irregular on many aspects, such as irregular torsion, big opening, large span canopy, uneven floor stiffness distribution, leaned column and etc. Some key techniques of design, such as countermeasures to solve the above problems, calculation and analysis methods, local anti floating measures in basement, weak connection design on floor with local big opening, temperature stress action for super long structure, design of large span and long cantilever members, stair component in frame structure and etc, were introduced.
