摘要]鄭州華潤大廈是高度為166.75m的復(fù)雜超限高層建筑,采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。結(jié)構(gòu)同時(shí)具有高度超限、底部錯(cuò)層、平面開大洞和扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則等多項(xiàng)超限。系統(tǒng)地介紹了針對結(jié)構(gòu)中多項(xiàng)超限的對策,根據(jù)構(gòu)件的重要性提出相應(yīng)的抗震性能目標(biāo),并采取相應(yīng)抗震加強(qiáng)措施。通過不同程序進(jìn)行了小震彈性分析、中震彈性和不屈服計(jì)算,以及大震彈塑性分析。分析表明,提出的抗震性能目標(biāo)均得到實(shí)現(xiàn)。還介紹了基礎(chǔ)及節(jié)點(diǎn)等的設(shè)計(jì)。

Structural design of Zhengzhou Huarun Plaza

Abstract: Zhengzhou Huarun Plaza is a super high-rise building with the height of 166.75m. The structural system is RC frame-corewall structure. The building is irregular on many aspects such as height beyond A-level, split-level, big opening, irregular torsion and etc. Countermeasures to solve the above problems were introduced, and the performance objectives of the important components were proposed. Moreover, some structural seismic strengthening measures were adopted in response to these code-exceeding aspects. The elastic analysis under low-level earthquake, the elastic and nonyielding analysis under precautionary earthquake and the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under high-level earthquake were executed in design. It shows that all performance objectives were satisfied for the building. The design of foundation and joints were also introduced.
