海口置地廣場主樓結構設計

張松,肖自強,張同億,張建明,張震,劉彬(中國中元國際工程公司, 北京 100089)[摘要]結合建筑功能要求和場地條件,考慮高度為200.8m的海口置地廣場主樓的抗震設防烈度高和基本風壓大的特點,確定其結構體系為帶加強層的筒中筒結構,屬于高度超限的復雜高層結構。介紹了結構體系,抗震設計性能化目標,彈性分析、彈塑性分析的結果,以及地基基礎的設計和為提高結構的抗震性能進行的關鍵構件設計。采取了結構核心筒在上部轉化為壁柱式剪力墻筒體的措施,減小地震作用,從而減輕底部加強區(qū)構件強度設計的難度。[關鍵詞]復雜高層結構; 抗震性能化設計; 筒中筒結構; 加強層中圖分類號:TU375.3 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)03-0068-04Structural design on the main building of Haikou Zhidi PlazaZhang Song, Xiao Ziqiang, Zhang Tongyi, Zhang Jianming, Zhang Zhen, Liu Bin(China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China)Abstract: Based on building functional requirements and natural conditions of the site, the tube in tube with enhanced floors structural system was adopted in the main building (height is 200.8m) of Haikou Zhidi Plaza, which is a height exceed limit complicated high-rise structure. The structural system, performance objectives, the results of elastic analysis and elastoplastic analysis, the foundation design and key members design for performance-based seismic design were introduced.
