［摘要］北京財富中心二期公寓樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度194m，采用框架核心筒型鋼混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系及布置、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計思路、抗震設(shè)防性能化目標(biāo)、結(jié)構(gòu)整體計算分析結(jié)果等。特別給出地基基礎(chǔ)沉降分析、轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)體系比選及轉(zhuǎn)換塊結(jié)構(gòu)有限元分析、平面外伸部分子結(jié)構(gòu)分析、外框承擔(dān)剪力分析等專項分析內(nèi)容及方法。最后探討了混合結(jié)構(gòu)在高烈度地區(qū)超高層建筑中的適用性及建議。

Abstract: The tall apartment building of Fortune Center phaseⅡ in Beijing is 194m height, and mixed frame-corewall structure is adopted. The structure system and arrangement, some structural design ideas, performance-base seismic objectives and structure calculation analysis results were provided. Some special analysis methods and contents were given such as foundation settlement analysis, transformation structure system election and finite element analysis on conversion block structure, overhang substructure analysis, out-frame shear force analysis, etc. Finally the applicability and suggestions were discussed for the application of tall mixed structure in high intensity area.
