杭州保稅區(qū)拱形大門整體穩(wěn)定性分析

王強,張勇,王鐵剛,周廷垣(中國中元國際工程公司,北京100089)[摘要]杭州保稅區(qū)大門跨度74m,結(jié)構(gòu)形式為由3個在不同平面的拱組成的整體空間結(jié)構(gòu)。利用有限元軟件ABAQUS對工程進行了系統(tǒng)的整體穩(wěn)定性分析。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)平面外失穩(wěn)為結(jié)構(gòu)的第1階失穩(wěn)模態(tài);完善結(jié)構(gòu)的屈曲分析中可以引入擾動荷載以跟蹤結(jié)構(gòu)的二次分叉屈曲失穩(wěn)路徑;初始缺陷和活荷載的不利布置都對結(jié)構(gòu)的極限承載力產(chǎn)生了較大影響。通過分析得到結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定安全系數(shù)為3.5。[關鍵詞]拱形大門; 整體穩(wěn)定; 二次分叉屈曲; 初始缺陷; 活荷載不利布置中圖分類號:TU393.3 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)03-0052-03Research on stability of arch-gate in Hangzhou free trade zoneWang Qiang, Zhang Yong, Wang Tiegang, Zhou Tingyuan(China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China)Abstract: The arch-gate with 74m span in Hangzhou free trade zone is a spatial structure which is composed of three arches in different planes. The systematic stability analysis on this structure was performed by ABAQUS. The results show that the first-order instability mode of the structure is out-of-plane. The disturbance load should be introduced in perfect structural buckling analysis to track the structural instability path of the secondary bifurcation buckling. The initial imperfections and unfavorable arrangement of live loads have bigger effect on the ultimate bearing capacity.
