神農(nóng)大劇院鋼結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點設(shè)計與研究

王文淵1,張松1,張同億1,姜孝林1,李仕全1,趙憲忠2(1 中國中元國際工程公司,北京 100089; 2 同濟大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,上海 200092)[摘要]神農(nóng)大劇院外殼鋼結(jié)構(gòu)根據(jù)連接部位的不同特點分別采用了焊接鼓形節(jié)點(A型)、鑄鋼節(jié)點(B型)、矩形鋼管(內(nèi)帶加勁板)焊接節(jié)點(C型)、矩形鋼管直接相貫焊節(jié)點(D型)及圓形鋼管直接相貫焊節(jié)點(E型)等多種節(jié)點形式,其中A,B及C型節(jié)點連接桿件較多(最多達十幾根),空間交匯關(guān)系復(fù)雜且受力較大。重點介紹了A,B及C型節(jié)點的設(shè)計及構(gòu)造。對各型節(jié)點均進行了彈塑性節(jié)點分析,總結(jié)了各型節(jié)點的受力性能特點及試驗研究結(jié)果,并對其安全性進行了評價。[關(guān)鍵詞]節(jié)點;模型試驗;有限元分析;應(yīng)力分布;安全性中圖分類號:TU313,TU391 文獻標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)03-0016-05Design and study on joints of the steel structure for Shennong TheatreWang Wenyuan1, Zhang Song1, Zhang Tongyi1, Jiang Xiaolin1, Li Shiquan1, Zhao Xianzhong2(1 China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China, 2 College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: Such a variety of joints have been applied in Shennong Theatre as the welded steel drumshaped joint(type A), the cast steel joint(type B), the welded rectangle steel tube joint with rib stiffeners(type C), the welded rectangle steel tube joint without rib stiffeners(type D), and the welded steel circular tube joint without rib stiffeners(type E). Among them, type A, type B, and type C joints have relatively more members to be connected sophisticatedly and subject to larger loads. The design and the technique controls of these three types of joints were introduced. Nonlinear analysis had been carried out on the performances of these joints under the design loads or beyond. Experimental results were summarized.
