(重慶市設(shè)計(jì)院,重慶400015)[摘要] 重慶西永綜保區(qū)監(jiān)管大樓辦公主樓為大跨度連體結(jié)構(gòu),連體跨度58. 6m,連接體底部與頂部均采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)桁架與兩側(cè)的筒體形成巨型框架。采用SAP2000進(jìn)行了彈塑性時(shí)程分析,分析表明:筒體剪力墻混凝土壓應(yīng)力小于其抗壓強(qiáng)度,鋼筋尚未屈服,滿足剪力墻大震不屈服的性能目標(biāo);連接體及其相鄰部位剪力墻存在剛度突變,可能形成薄弱層;地震波豎向地震作用均值與重力荷載代表值的比為0. 07,說明豎向地震作用明顯,豎向地震作用效應(yīng)不可忽略。

( Chongqing Arclutectural Design Institute, Chongqing 400015, China)Abstract: Chongcqing Xiyong Integrated Free Trade Zone Regulatory Building is a large-span connective structure with the span of 58.6m, and the mega-frame is made up of three-body steel truss above, three-body steel truss below and concrete shear wall tube structures on both sides. The elastic-plastic time history analysis by using SAP2000 shows the compressive stress of shear wall concrete in tube structures does not reach its compressive strength, and the steel does not yielded, so it can meet the performance objectives that shear wall will not yield when the large earthquake is occurring; the stiffness of the connective structure and shear wall nearby has mutations, where a weak story may form; the ratio of the average value of vertical earthquake action to the representative value of gravity load is 0.07, indicating the effects of the vertical earthquake action is obvious and it can not be ignored.
