(蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)研究院股份有限公司,蘇州215021)[摘要] 蘇州廣播電視總臺(tái)現(xiàn)代傳媒廣場辦公樓為高度214. 8m的超限高層建筑,塔樓與裙房連成整體,塔樓采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。介紹了該項(xiàng)目的基本設(shè)計(jì)情況,針對結(jié)構(gòu)有多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)超限特點(diǎn)采用基于性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)的方法,論證了該結(jié)構(gòu)體系方案的可行性,通過常規(guī)結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算分析外,補(bǔ)充了彈塑性時(shí)程分析驗(yàn)證其抗震性能,并提出相應(yīng)的技術(shù)措施。

( Suzhou Industrial Park Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Suzhou Modem Media Square Office is high-rise buildings with height of 214. 8m,tower and podium are connected together into a whole, framework-core tube structure system is adopted for the tower. The structural basic design of the project was described. Because there were a number of indicators overrun characteristics, the feasibility of the structural system based on performance-based seismic design method was demonstrated. Beside the conventional structure calculation and analysis, elastic-plastic analysis was used to verify its seisnuc performance. According to above results appropriate technical measures were proposed.
