(1中國建筑科學(xué)研究院,北京100013;2中國建筑西南設(shè)計研究院有限公司,成都610000)[摘要] 七彩云南第壹城項目位于昆明市,地下3層、地上57層,主屋面結(jié)構(gòu)高度為246m,抗側(cè)力體系采用帶加強(qiáng)層的混合框架-型鋼(鋼板)混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。為確保結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震安全性,基于微觀有限元模型,采用彈塑性時程分析法,對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗震性能評價及結(jié)構(gòu)方案優(yōu)化。優(yōu)化后的分析結(jié)果表明:主體結(jié)構(gòu)在大震作用下屈服機(jī)制為整體屈服機(jī)制,未出現(xiàn)薄弱樓層和薄弱部位,滿足“大震不倒”的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)要求。總的來說,帶加強(qiáng)層的混合框架.型鋼(鋼板)混凝土核心筒抗側(cè)力體系具有較高的抗震承載力和延性,適合在8度區(qū)超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中應(yīng)用。

The lateral structure system employs mixed frame-steel concrete core tube structure system. To ensure that the seismic structure safety,a nonlinear time history analysis method, based on the microscopic finite element model, is used for the structure seismic performance evaluation and sUucture optimization. The optimization of the main structure results shows that no weak floors and components occur, and its structure yielding mechanism is a general yield mechanism, therefore the seismic performance objectives of not collapsing under rarely efuthquake is reached. In general, the structural system with an enhanced layer hybrid framework-steel concrete core wall lateral force resisting system has a high seismic capacity and ductility and is suitable for application of the super high-rise building structures in the high intensity area.
