碟形彈簧在開合屋蓋建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用

鄧偉平，楊虎振，陳國棟（長江精工鋼結(jié)構(gòu)股份有限公司，上海 200233）［摘要］碟形彈簧是壓縮彈簧的一種，由于其具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、安裝尺寸小、承載能力大、剛度可變等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在工業(yè)產(chǎn)品中應(yīng)用相當(dāng)廣泛。主要闡述了碟形彈簧在大跨度可移動式建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)開合屋蓋體系調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用，并結(jié)合開合屋蓋的荷載特點(diǎn)就碟形彈簧選型、計(jì)算做了具體的分析探討。［關(guān)鍵詞］碟形彈簧；開合屋蓋；調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)；大跨度可移動式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號：TH12, TU393.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)02-0048-03Application of disc spring in the retractable roof of architectural structureDeng Weiping, Yang Huzhen, Chen Guodong(Changjiang Jinggong Steel Building (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200233, China)Abstract: Disc spring is a type of compression spring, as its advantages of simple structure, small installation dimensions, large bearing capacity, and variable stiffness, disc spring has been used in industrial products widely.
