[摘要]長(zhǎng)沙東方芙蓉廣場(chǎng)的1#,2#,3#樓通過(guò)高空鋼連廊連接為雙塔連體結(jié)構(gòu),在風(fēng)效應(yīng)或地震作用下,連體結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力特性因連廊的存在而相互影響,使連接部位的受力變得非常復(fù)雜,連廊極易與主體結(jié)構(gòu)脫離,造成人員或財(cái)產(chǎn)的重大損失。采用鉛芯橡膠支座的弱連接連體結(jié)構(gòu)形式,對(duì)鉛芯橡膠支座進(jìn)行了隔震支座非線性地震響應(yīng)分析,對(duì)比主體結(jié)構(gòu)有連體與無(wú)連體結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計(jì)中選用的鉛芯橡膠支座可以滿足要求。同時(shí)由于采用了隔震支座,減弱了連體結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,可對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)和連體部分分別進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),從而降低主體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)難度,保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性。

Connecting structure design on Changsha Dongfang Furong Plaza

Abstract: Three towers of Changsha Dongfang Furong Plaza are connected by steel corridor. Under the action of wind or seismic effects, the dynamic characteristics of two towers would be affected by the corridor, and the force of the connecting parts becomes quite complicated. Thus, the corridor easily falls down from the main structure and causes significant losses of people and property. Therefore, as a kind of weak connections, the lead rubber bearing (LRB) was adopted in this project. The nonlinear seismic response analysis for the lead rubber bearing was studied, and the dynamic response of the main structure with the corridor was compared with that of the main structure without the corridor. The results indicate that the LRB can meet the design requirements. Due to the LRB, the effect of steel corridor on the main structure was weakened, and the main structure and the steel corridor were designed independently to decrease the design difficulty of the main structure and ensure the structure safety.
