復(fù)雜超限高位大跨連體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

魏利金，崔世敏，史炎升（北京三磊建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司，北京 100048）［摘要］項(xiàng)目是由左右兩塔與高位大跨連廊組成的三位一體的復(fù)雜高層建筑。連體結(jié)構(gòu)部分的位置高、跨度大，且兩側(cè)塔樓與中間連體結(jié)構(gòu)層高不同，有局部錯(cuò)層，同時(shí)因主體結(jié)構(gòu)和連體部位采用兩種不同類型材料,給結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)了較大的挑戰(zhàn)。設(shè)計(jì)采用了多項(xiàng)有效抗震技術(shù)措施，詳細(xì)分析了連體結(jié)構(gòu)、高位大跨連廊的受力性能，通過(guò)振動(dòng)臺(tái)模型試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了所采取的抗震措施的可行性，工程設(shè)計(jì)順利通過(guò)超限建筑專項(xiàng)審查。［關(guān)鍵詞］復(fù)雜高層建筑；高位大跨連體；抗震分析；振動(dòng)臺(tái)模型試驗(yàn)中圖分類號(hào)：TU398+.9 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)02-0012-05Design on a complex high rise building with a high-position and large-span connected structureWei Lijin, Cui Shimin, Shi Yansheng(Beijing Sunlay Design Group Co., Ltd., Beijing 100048, China)Abstract: A complex high rise building is composed of two towers and a high-position and large-span connected structure.
