高強材料等截面置換混凝土柱、墻表層加固方法的應(yīng)用研究

潘立(中國建筑科學(xué)研究院建筑結(jié)構(gòu)研究所，北京 100013)［摘要］對于須進行加固或加層改造的多高層混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，當僅下部柱、墻的混凝土強度明顯低于設(shè)計要求時，采用高強材料等截面置換低強混凝土的方法恢復(fù)其原設(shè)計性能，可避免上部質(zhì)量合格的結(jié)構(gòu)被連帶拆除重建，相應(yīng)可以降低加固成本、縮短工期和減小社會不利影響。低強混凝土柱、墻置換外周或表層截面加固后，對于其組合截面應(yīng)力的不均勻程度，可利用后期作用的上部結(jié)構(gòu)荷載、加固前預(yù)緊支撐卸荷、后期混凝土徐變予以減小，且不改變這些柱、墻的極限承載力。分別結(jié)合2個加固工程實例，介紹了此加固方法的應(yīng)用成果，可供類似混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造設(shè)計和施工參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］高強材料；鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)；表層等截面置換；疊合界面；折算平均強度；變形協(xié)調(diào)中圖分類號：TU375.2 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)01-0085-06Application research on the strengthening method for reinforced concrete columns and shear walls by equal surface layer section replaced with high-strength materialsPan Li（Institute of Building Structures, China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China）Abstract: For the multi-layer or high-rise reinforced concrete structures which must be reinforced or layer-adding transformed, when only concrete strength of columns and walls in the bottom of structures is obviously lower than that of design demand, the acceptable upper of these structures can be avoided to demolish in association, by equal surface layer section replaced with high strength materials to increase the average conversion strength of combined section of the vertical members, with decreasing repair cost, duration and unfavorable social impacts. For these reinforced members, uneven level of the combined section stress can be homogenized by adding loads later, unloading from tight supports and concrete creep with ultimate bearing capacities unchanged.
