煙臺陽光100城市廣場結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

胡海濤1, 張吉明1, 丁新海1, 羅鐵生2(1 青島騰遠設(shè)計事務(wù)所有限公司，青島 266071；2 陽光100置業(yè)集團，北京 100026)［摘要］煙臺陽光100城市廣場一期工程由3棟塔樓及商業(yè)裙房組成，因建筑立面、功能以及施工等多方面因素，設(shè)計中存在諸多難點。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時從概念設(shè)計出發(fā)，進行了整體彈性分析、反應(yīng)譜分析、彈性動力時程分析、靜力彈塑性分析以及重要構(gòu)件的中震彈性分析。根據(jù)計算結(jié)果，采取了相應(yīng)的抗震加強措施。［關(guān)鍵詞］結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計；彈性動力時程分析；靜力彈塑性分析；中震彈性分析中圖分類號：TU375 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)01-0022-05Structural design of the Sunshine100 urban plaza in YantaiHu Haitao1, Zhang Jiming1, Ding Xinhai1, Luo Tiesheng2（1 QingDao Tengyuan Design Institute Co., Ltd., Qingdao 266071, China; 2 Sunshine100 Co., Ltd., Beijing 100026, China）Abstract: The Sunshine100 urban plaza in Yantai is composed by three towers and attached retail podiums. Because of the building facade, function, construction and relevant issues, there were many difficulties during design progress. In alignment with the concept design, the structural design of this project covers the overall elastic analysis, response spectrum analysis, elastic dynamic timehistory analysis, Pushover analysis and the elastic analysis under medium earthquake for important components.
