[摘要] 首先給出了可持續(xù)建設(shè)的概念，分析了可持續(xù)建設(shè)內(nèi)涵，簡(jiǎn)要介紹了可持續(xù)建設(shè)實(shí)踐；其次闡述了可持續(xù)建設(shè)新模式，即“價(jià)值三角形”模式，并深入分析了可持續(xù)建設(shè)新模式相較于舊模式的兩大轉(zhuǎn)變：然后論述了可持續(xù)建設(shè)指標(biāo)三維框架圖，并根據(jù)可持續(xù)建設(shè)指標(biāo)三維框架圖構(gòu)建了可持續(xù)建設(shè)指標(biāo)矩陣，為可持續(xù)建設(shè)的定量研究提供了新的思路；最后表述了建筑業(yè)在可持續(xù)發(fā)展要求下的新發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

Abstract: It first introduces the concept of sustainable construction, making an analysis of the connotation of sustainable construction and a brief introduction to sustainable construction practices. Secondly, a new paradigm of sustainable construction is introduced, namely "Value Triangle" model. Thirdly, the paper make a brief introduction to the three-dimensional framework and matrix of sustainable construction indicators. Finally, the sustainable trends of construction industry are expounded.
