(中建保華建筑有限責任公司,北京100023)[摘要] 空中華西村工程是集酒店式公寓及附屬公共配套設施于一體的超高層綜合體,總建筑面積212987.42m2。本工程為華西村標志性工程,也是中國農(nóng)村的標志工程。主體結構為外框架-內(nèi)簡體結構體系,建筑總高328.0m,筏板基礎厚4m。施工時,通過優(yōu)化配合比設計、內(nèi)置雙層冷卻管、表面聚苯乙烯泡沫板保溫、電子測溫儀檢測混凝土溫度及優(yōu)化現(xiàn)場施工組織等措施,有效控制了混凝土內(nèi)外溫差和混凝土裂縫的產(chǎn)生。

The building is a landmark project in Huaxi Village, is also a symbol of China's rural areas. The Building is frame-tube structure system, with a total height of 328m. In this four meter-thick mass concrete construction, the temperature difference between inside and outside the concrete is effectively controlled and the emergence of the concrete cracks are prevent, through taking measures such as optimizing concrete mix, setting cooling pipe, the use of polystyrene foam insulation board, electronic thermometer testing concrete center temperature and Optimization ofthe construction site management.
